A man who had lived a life of selfish luxury
Died and went to the world of spirit.
One of the Angels took him by the hand
To show him to his house.
They passed many beautiful mansions
And each time the man thought:
‘This one must be mine.’
But, not so!
They passed through the main street
And arrived on the outskirts
Where the houses were very small.
Finally, they reached a tiny mud hut.
‘This is yours,’ said the Angel.
‘It can’t be mine. There must be a mistake!’,
The man exclaimed.
‘No errors are made in our world,’
Replied the Angel.
‘This was the best we could do
With the material you supplied.’
